Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Sound knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Experience in organisational development, change management, and payroll administration
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing the HR department and driving performance
- Talent Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal systems, and career development.
- Compliance & Relations: Ensure compliance with all labour legislation, manage disciplinary processes, and foster a positive workplace culture.
