  • GOSI regstration not more thin one year in total.

  • Not blocked by HRDF.

  • Have not benefited from HRDF (Tamheer program) more than twice or 6 months in both times.

  • Not disqualified from HRDF (Tamheer program)

  • Good English communication skills.
