Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and documentation in full compliance with company policies
- Assist in coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences that make every employee feel welcomed and valued
- Handle day‑to‑day HR enquiries from staff with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help
- Support payroll processing, leave administration, and attendance tracking with strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and internal events that strengthen workplace culture
