Job Description

Be part of the City of Vancouver's HR team as a Human Resource Consultant providing maternity leave coverage. Strategically support HR functions and foster employee relations.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional to provide consultative services across a range of HR issues. You will collaborate with managers to offer advice on workforce planning, performance management, and labor relations. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions in grievance hearings and driving positive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR consultation to business unit managers
• Lead disciplinary meetings and investigative processes
