Job Description

HR Administration

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records (hard and soft copies)

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts offer letters and HR-related documents

  • Track and manage employee attendance leave records and absences

  • Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in leave deductions overtime etc.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process including orientation document collection and induction

  • Manage the offboarding process ensuring smooth exit formalities and final settlements

  • Prepare necessary forms and clearance certificates

Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

  • Support grievance handling and promote a positive work environment
