Human Resource Generalist

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join LeadVenture’s amazing HR Organization. This role works within our HR Support Center (HRSC), ensuring all LeadVenture employees and leaders receive efficient and empathetic support for all their Human Resource related needs.
The Human Resource Generalist is also tasked with leadership and supports development/training for HR Partnership Center team. This role provides an opportunity for ownership as a stakeholder in partnership with Program Managers as a liaison in managing external vendor relationships, developing & documents processes, and leading project initiatives to support HRPC Operational goals.
