Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, concerns, and disciplinary cases
  • Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate training and employee development activities
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Support management on HR-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
