Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM matters.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, CPF, insurance, and WICA claims.
- Manage foreign worker matters, including dormitory, levies, and repatriation.
- Coordinate training programs, CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and safety-related courses.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH, and company policies.
- Support employee relations, engagement activities, and HR administration.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
