Job Description

  • Lead and manage all Human Resources functions for the pre-opening and operational phases of the property.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for pre-opening manpower requirements, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain employee records, HR systems, and organizational structure for the new property.
  • Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievance handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with Finance and Corporate HR.
  • Support performance management processes including evaluations, regularization, and succession planning.
