Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Human Resource Officer to join their team in Port Elizabeth, EC. The HR Officer will provide essential support across all HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective management of HR processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and compliance. The role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and providing feedback to the candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify suitable candidates
- Assist with creating relevant job description for vacant roles
- Assist with setting up of interviews with the respective Hiring Manager(s)
