Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment and selection in all departments.
  • Administrator and onboard new employees
  • Effectively liaise with payroll to finalise appointment
  • Support management with Industrial relation support
  • Prepare for and initiate disciplinary hearings
  • Prepare for and represent the company at the CCMA
  • Setup and support the safety team at Head Office
  • Ensure compliance on the safety team for First Aider and SHE representatives.
  • Effectively manage and support with talent management.

Key Requirements

  • Human Resources experience of at least 3 years as a generalist.
  • Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection
  • Retail experience will be an advantage
  • Qualification of at least a certificate in the HR field
