Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Recruitment & Staffing: Preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations & Welfare: Handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary procedures while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Administration & Payroll: Maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring accurate, on-time payroll processing.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensuring company policies and practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor regulations.
Training & Performance Management: Organizing training sessions, supporting performance evaluations, and managing employee development initiatives.
HR Officers may act as generalists handling all areas, or focus on specific functions like talent acquisition or compliance.
