The HR Administrator/Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily human resources operations across the organization. This position is suited for a detail-oriented HR professional with strong Excel capabilities, experience in HR administration, co-op recruitment, and exposure to benefits and general HR processes, ensuring proper handling, storage, and access controls for employee data. This is a future vacancy within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end co-op hiring (postings, screening, interviews, offers, and check-ins).
- Build relationships with post-secondary institutions, co-op offices, and hiring managers.
- Identify and secure employment funding opportunities.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of co-op students and interns.
