We are currently hiring for our client - Global Capability Center (GCC) of a publicly listed US organization and play a strategic role in shaping people practices, driving employee engagement, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Type : Hybrid ( WFO - 3 days)
What You'll Do:
🔹 Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
🔹 Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives
🔹 Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
🔹 Support employee engagement and culture-building programs
🔹 Coach managers and leaders on people-related matters
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver impactful HR solutions
