About the Role:
This position provides a high level of human resource services related to employee relations, workplace policies and practices, performance management, discipline and termination, employment law, employment contracts, succession, workforce planning, and salary and compensation. This position links management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, and striving to resolve work‑related issues.
Duties/Responsibilities include:
