Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our HR team as a Senior Executive – People Data Reporting & Analytics. The role will support the design, development, and maintenance of HR reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions using visualization and analytics techniques.
- Develop and maintain queries, scripts, and reporting applications to support business requirements.
- Analyze workforce data and provide meaningful insights through data storytelling and visualization.
