Overview
Reporting to the Senior HR Officer (Projects and Business Processes), this permanent, full‑time HR Officer role provides administrative support to specific academic and professional support departments. The role includes first line HR queries, recruitment administration, HR system maintenance, monthly reporting, staff record keeping, and staff support. The position is based on campus at Bangor, with the option to work remotely within the UK as part of the Dynamic Working framework. The incumbent must be able to speak Welsh fluently.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of contact for HR queries for specified schools and departments.
- Recruitment administration: posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews.
