Duties Description This position reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources with primary responsibility to provide administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and provide support in the Human Resources functional areas including benefits, records administration, recruitment and employment and employee and labor relations. This is a twelve (12) month, Management Confidential position.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serves as the Human Resources department's initial contact.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinates the Executive Director's calendar (prioritizing and scheduling appointments and meetings).
Handles day to day office operations (answers office telephone lines, greets visitors to the office, opens and sorts US mail, interoffice mail, including HR email inbox).
Tracks and handles day to day office operations, logistics, purchasing and budget matters.
