Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support various Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, employee relations, and timekeeping. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and HR programs
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
  • Address employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives
  • Process and monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and records
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases
