Job Description

Responsibilities
70 % of the role - Life cycle management of Contractual Workforce.
20 % of the role - On roll Life cycle mgmt.
10 % of the role - Demonstrate Conceptual HR understanding - initiate/Lead/Participation in National/Zone Core HR projects.
Collaborate with business teams and act as a sounding board to the business teams on the critical issue of Diversity, Culture, Performance Management.
Align business practice with people to drive effective performance.
Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization.
Accountable for managing Blue Collar workforce Lifecycle management and retention in the assigned facility.
Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment.
Create a robust employee network.
Create a People First Culture in the facility.
