Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Employee and Labour Relations is responsible for supporting leaders and employees across Canada and the United States in the effective management of employee and labour relations, talent processes, and day‑to‑day HR operations. The role acts as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on employee relations, collective agreement interpretation, investigations, and workforce planning. The HRBP plays a key role in ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, and collective agreements, while supporting a positive, productive, and engaged workforce.
