Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 1–3 years of experience to support HR initiatives and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an IT Services or IT Enabled Services (ITES/BPO/KPO) organization and possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and business partnering.
Work Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam
Mode of work: Work from Office ( All 5 days)
Mandatory Requirement
- 1–3 years of HR experience in an IT Services, ITES, BPO, KPO, Shared Services, or Technology Services organization.
- Experience supporting a technology-driven or service-based workforce.
- Exposure to employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
