Role Purpose

The HR Supervisor will manage end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle activities, while supporting generalist HR functions in alignment with local labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
• Maintain HRIS, employee files, contracts, and personal data
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee master data
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendors
• Manage probation confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements

Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Indonesia labor laws and regulations
