Job Description
- Business Partnership. Work closely with business leaders to understand team goals and current capabilities. Develop and implement actionable HR plans with a strong focus on supporting Business Development (BD), Operations, and E-commerce teams.
- End-to-End Recruitment Execution. Independently manage the full recruitment cycle—from needs analysis, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding—ensuring high efficiency and quality delivery.
- Local Recruitment Strategy. Adapt to the local talent market in Malaysia by developing and maintaining diverse recruitment channels (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, RiceBowl, university partnerships) to improve hiring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Employee Relations & Operational HR. Support performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives as part of the HRBP role to enhance retention and organizational effectiveness.
