As our HRBP, you will own the end-to-end HR experience for our site. Your goal is simple but vital: create a positive ecosystem where zero production loss occurs due to ER issues, and every employee feels aligned with the Royal Enfield values.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR records and documents of the employees are maintained and updated
- Roll out relevant induction programs for new joiners
- Ensure completion of performance management activities of the PMS on time in collaboration with executive rewards and performance management
- Identify training needs for employees and enable the learning and development initiatives, and create suitable L & D plan
