Job Knowledge:

  • Review with leaders and HR management the annual training needs
  • Transfers knowledge and abilities to team members
  • Review the course catalog
  • Administrates and manage SIRCE portal
  • Pre-payroll Process
  • Develop human resources statistics
  • Knowledge in TRESS system
  • Mexican Federal Labor law
  • Procedures with the labor board regarding training
