Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), EMEA supports leaders and employees across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region by providing guidance on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and talent acquisition. The HRBP works closely with managers to support business objectives, strengthen team effectiveness, address employee matters, and help build a positive and productive work environment. The role partners with leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
