Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer processes
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
- Monitor probation reviews and employee confirmation processes
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Partner with department heads to support HR and business needs
- Conduct employee engagement check-ins and exit interviews
