Job Description

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist supporting business units directly.
  • Preferably from a large-scale organization, multinational company (MNC), shared services environment, BPO, technology, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or fast-growing enterprise.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Performance Management

  • Organizational Development

  • Labor Compliance


  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases, including:
  • Administrative investigations
  • Disciplinary actions
  • NTE/NOD issuance
  • Grievance handling
  • Employee misconduct cases
