Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1: Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
2: Source candidates for consulting and Techno/ functional roles including strategy, transformation, procurement, supply chain, SAP, and data analytics.
3: Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) to identify and engage passive talent.
4: Conduct initial outreach and screening, ensuring clear and compelling communication to attract top candidates.
4: Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs across consulting and functional domains.
5: Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions.
6: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in ATS platforms like Workday.
