Job Description

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring statutory, legal, labor law, and regulatory compliance across all business operations of the organization. The role involves managing compliance related to manpower deployment, contractor management, audits, licenses, labor laws, payroll compliance, and client statutory requirements for facility management operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Statutory & Labor Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
  • Monitor timely filing of statutory returns and monthly compliance documentation.
  • Maintain compliance records, registers, licenses, and certifications for all sites and branches.
  • Coordinate with government departments and authorities for inspections and audits.
