We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and program support across Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Total Rewards functions. The role is responsible for supporting employee lifecycle activities, administering benefits, pension, compensation, recognition, and leave programs, maintaining HR records and data integrity, and serving as a key resource for employee inquiries. The HR Coordinator contributes to HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, workforce reporting, and process improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, organizational policies, and best practices.
