Job Overview: We are seeking a proven HR Leader to oversee and lead all HR operations for our newly set-up Staples India Business Innovation Hub (Staples India). Located in Chennai, India, this center will serve as an extension of the Technology team based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with medium to large technology companies, familiarity with a shared services model, and leading HR teams. This individual will have proven expertise in managing the entire associate life cycle (hire to exit), with extensive expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, vendor management, and campus recruitment. The HR Leader will work closely with the Staples India GCC Leader on the day-to-day operations as well as create strategic plans (understanding the unique dynamics of the tech workforce in India) to scale In India, partnering with the Staples HQ on the vision and future of Staples India.
