Primary responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.
Specific responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing job postings, screening resumes for suitable candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, business priorities, and competency needs.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry associations, and direct search methods.
