Job Description

Tasks

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including needs analysis, job posting drafting, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and managing terminations.
  • Act as a partner to managers, supporting them with labor relations, disciplinary actions, and the application of internal policies.
  • Coordinate and structure training activities by analyzing needs, managing subsidies, and ensuring compliance with the 1% law.
  • Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), including coordinating the OHS committee, developing prevention programs, managing CNESST cases, disabilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Actively participate in the drafting, harmonization, and improvement of HR policies and practices within the context of organizational transition.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, recognition initiatives, and continuous improvement while maintaining updated HR files and indicators.
