Responsibilities

  • US AND PH HR OPERATIONS
  • Manage day-to-day HR Operations with employment practices and policies both for US and PH.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with ADA interactive process coordination, including medical documentation requests and tracking, communication drafts to employees and managers.
  • Review and administer FMLA requests, including eligibility verification, qualifying reason review, medical certification completeness/sufficiency checks, leave designation, and ongoing leave tracking (continuous and intermittent).
