Job Description

Job Purpose

To serve as the primary HR consultant to the Business Unit and Shared Corporate Functions.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Business Partnering

  • Brand BU: Partner with the Managing Director and General Managers of Sales/Aftersales to translate business goals (e.g., EV adoption, sales targets, upskilling & transformation) into HR initiatives.
  • Corporate Functions: Work with Department Heads (Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, HR) to optimize organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Advisory: Provide coaching and guidance to Line Managers on organizational design, succession planning, and change management.


2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
