Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Experience using and implementing HR systems.
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems such as SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Fiori ESS, and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure compliance with HR data governance policies among HR users and payroll/HRIS processors.
  • Generate, analyze, and prepare HR reports and data insights.
  • Support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes through accurate HR system management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR system functionality and efficiency.
