Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Karachi. The intern will support daily HR operations, including payroll processing support, attendance management, employee record maintenance, personnel file management, and preparation of HR reports. The role involves handling HR documentation, assisting in HR policy implementation, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Qualifications
Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.
Strong grip on MS Excel, including formulas, functions, data analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
