Responsibilities

  • Assist in the compnay event planning/execution and support during the event.
  • Assisting with the coordination and organization of interviews.
  • Managing and posting HR-related communications on social media platforms.
  • Preparing materials and communications for new hire orientation.
  • Conducting market research and surveys on employee benefits.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of company events and activities.
  • Drafting email communications and creating presentations for HR-related talks.
  • Organizing and maintaining HR-related documentation and files.
  • Contributing to other ad-hoc HR projects or tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Final year student who’s currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Psychology with accredited university/college.
