Essential Duties and Responsibilities_1.Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.2.Provide support to one or more applied disciplines including, but not limited to, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Recruiting, and Learning & Development.5.Cross-train with other department members to ensure seamless support of all HR duties.6.Manage confidential files and other privileged information.7.Under close supervision, follow area processes and work instructions.8.Understand.Create.Simplify.9.Other duties as assigned.
