Role Responsibilities


HR Administrative Support

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Prepare onboarding materials and support administrative tasks for new joiners
  • Assist in drafting simple HR documents, letters, and internal notices
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and activities that enhance the organizational culture.
  • Manage HR communications through the company’s corporate platforms.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting career fairs and fostering industry partnerships.
  • Perform basic collation, reporting, and analysis of HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
