Overview

As part of the APAC region HR team, the intern will have exposure to projects across full spectrum HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage coordination of talent management, learning and development programmes
  • Assist in annual APAC performance management process
  • Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support in the implementation of HRIS and digitalisation projects (SuccessFactors, payroll systems)
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Experience / Qualifications
  • Degree/ Diploma undergraduate in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields
  • Team player with a passion in regional HR topics, demonstrated ability to be proactive and work on projects independently
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to engage cross-cultural stakeholders
