Job Description Main Tasks Responsibilities As part of the APAC region HR team, the intern will have an exposure to projects across full spectrum HR functions Manage coordination of talent management, learning and development programmes Assist in annual APAC performance management process Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives Support in the implementation of HRIS and digitalisation projects (SuccessFactors, payroll systems) Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Experience Degree/ Diploma undergraduate in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields Team player with a passion in regional HR topics, demonstrated ability to be proactive and work on projects independently Possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to engage cross-cultural stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Powerpoint
