The role As a Human Resources Labour Relations Business Partner (Bilingual), you will be managing and supporting all aspects of labour relations within a unionized environment across our Quebec sites. This role serves as a key liaison between management and union representatives, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, labour laws, and organizational policies.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days onsite each week, split between our Drummondville and Montreal locations.
