We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join Liberty Mutual’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) - Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) Pvt ltd.
in India.
The role will focus on effective HR delivery aligned with global standards while supporting local compliance; responsibilities will include HR operations, employee relations and policy, recruitment and onboarding and day-to-day compensation and benefits and payroll oversight.
The ideal candidate should bring 10+ years of relevant experience in GCC/Shared Services/Global organizations.
