Job Description

I’m currently partnering with a client to identify a strong HR Manager to lead and support HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, partnering with leadership, and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

  • Spend ~25% of time on the floor to stay visible, engaged, and in tune with the workforce
  • Provide employee relations counseling and guidance
  • Lead investigations and resolution of employee relations issue

Business Partnership

  • Review and recommend improvements to HR policies, procedures, and practices
