I’m currently partnering with a client to identify a strong HR Manager to lead and support HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, partnering with leadership, and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Spend ~25% of time on the floor to stay visible, engaged, and in tune with the workforce
- Provide employee relations counseling and guidance
- Lead investigations and resolution of employee relations issue
Business Partnership
