Job Description
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR experience
- Strong background in wholesale, FMCG, retail distribution, trading, supermarket, foodstuff, logistics, or manpower-based operations
- UAE HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR compliance
- Experience in manpower planning, restructuring, HR strategy, performance management, and process improvement
- Ability to work closely with senior management and influence business-level decisions
