Job Description

Shape talent strategies as a Human Resources Manager. Provide leadership support in workforce analytics, performance management, and change execution while fostering effective employee relations.

As an HR Manager, you will interface with various business units, leading the charge on strategic HR initiatives. Your role will include compiling people insights from workforce analytics and guiding talent development plans. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will support change initiatives and improve managerial effectiveness within the client group.
