Responsibilities

HR Operations & Team Support

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of HR services and ensure consistent application of HR processes across the organization.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and day‑to‑day direction to junior HR team members and students.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Monitor workflows, prioritize HR activities, and ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery.
